Failure Discription：Customer feedback: there is no action when the remote controller operates the heavy oil cylinder and the supporting leg.

Failure Analyce & Trouble shooting：The remote control controls the movement of getting off the bus, mainly by transmitting the signal to the controller of getting off the bus;The circuit of upper and lower cars is connected by conductive ring, and the conductive ring is the link with high failure rate, which should be inspected.

Repair Procedure：1、Check the alarm page on site, and find   the CAN alarm. Click to enter the CAN signal page, and find the horizontal   inclination Angle, rotation Angle, and support leg pressure CAN line   alarm;CAN be judged as CAN communication failure;

2、Unplug the heavy-duty plug on the turntable side of the   conductive ring, measure the resistance between CANH0_1 and CANL0_1 as   infinite, and judge that there may be a problem with the on-off of the   conductive ring;

3、Remove the plug on the off side of the conductive ring, measure   the on-off and off sides of CANH0_1 and CANL0_1 conductive ring, and judge   the fault of the conductive ring;

4、Open the   conductive ring and find that there is a lot of water vapor inside and the   contact is rusty；Use rust remover to remove rust   and then spray anti-rust oil, install conductive ring and hit waterproof   glue, trouble solved.
